Training started 7:30 sharp on Sunday morning on the green with everyone in track gear.

Another sessions followed at midday in Gi's. The last (4pm) session of the day was cancelled by popular vote in order to see the England verses Germany World Cup match. Maybe training would have been a better option after all...

Another 7:30 start got those aching limbs working again. For those fighting later in the day, a chance to sharpen up.
